A continuación les detallo los ingredientes: ![carne_molida2.jpg](https://images.ecency.com/DQmdipz35Z6D5o9CNzcDzhqhJRN9Dmp94L5QcmMddR636HH/carne_molida2.jpg) ½ kg de Carne molida 1 cebolla mediana 2 tomates maduros 1 pimentón pequeño 3 ají dulce 4 dientes de ajo 1 ramita de Apio España 1 ramita de cebollín 1 ramita de cilantro 4 hojitas de albahaca fresca 1 cucharadita de orégano molido ½ cucharadita de comino molido 1 cucharadita de sal 1 huevo ½ taza de harina para empanar o pan rallado Aceite vegetal (suficiente para freír las albóndigas) > The following are the ingredients: ½ kg ground beef 1 medium onion 2 ripe tomatoes 1 small bell pepper 3 sweet chili peppers 4 cloves of garlic 1 sprig of celery Spain 1 sprig of chives 1 sprig of cilantro 4 fresh basil leaves 1 teaspoon ground oregano ½ teaspoon ground cumin 1 teaspoon salt 1 egg ½ cup breading flour or bread crumbs Vegetable oil (enough to fry the meatballs) 1er. Paso Colocamos la carne molida en la sartén y la dejamos cocinar sola con media taza de agua para que se le queme cualquier poquito de grasa que pueda tener. Paso A la carne que cocinamos previamente le añadimos la mitad del sofrito de aliños (la otra mitad la reservamos para preparar una salsa), el huevo, el orégano, el comino, cualquier otro condimento que sea de nuestro agrado, la sal y la harina de empanar o pan rallado. Mientras se fríen las albóndigas preparamos la salsa con la mitad del sofrito de aliños que reservamos, licuamos los tomates y los colocamos en una sartén con el resto del sofrito, los dejamos hervir con un poco de agua hasta que la salsa tome consistencia, le añadimos sal al gusto (si tienes pasta o puré de tomates del de frasco también lo puedes utilizar en lugar de los dos tomates maduros), una vez que la salsa esté lista le añadimos las albóndigas y las dejamos hervir unos 30 segundos en la salsa, luego apagamos el fuego. ![albondigas_4.jpg](https://images.ecency.com/DQmaKgSPH9G9wDBKJoT2kN3rLyxKrT7sRjMBSrrnDoFYmMC/albondigas_4.jpg) ![espaguetis_con_albondigas_1.jpg](https://images.ecency.com/DQmakuPAPzVa5sBtnmEY5NfaxxbCm3nDVXjUgcw4q2d8tYi/espaguetis_con_albondigas_1.jpg) Serví esta ricas albóndigas de carne en salsa con espaguetis, tostones de plátano verde y un poco de queso rallado en la parte superior. >Step 5 With the meat dough we form the balls of the size that we want trying that they are of equal size, once all ready we proceed to fry them. I served this delicious meatballs in sauce with spaghetti, green plantain chips and a little grated cheese on top.
