It was in January 2014, when we flew to Mayo.Cllinic. Being from the South, the weather there was unbelievable with snowstorm like we've never seen. We would have gone through anything to get her pain stopped that my daughter had been enduring all too long.
When we got to Mayo we learned this was not your typical hospital. They had a huge team, one doctor even came from Israel, to direct the procedure. I think she had a full team of doctors in the surgery room.
