Semana movida! pero productiva... y pese a ello no puedo decir que no encontré momentos para desconectarme y lograr relajarme así como un nivel mayor de ñ concentración una de las cosas más bonita y relajante que hubo esta semana para mí fue tomar un trozo de madera y comenzar en ella a dibujar una tortuga y muchas olas a su alrededor para algunos la técnica puede ser estresante sin embargo si te relajas y vas a tu ritmo seguramente lo disfrutas te relajas y lograr una mayor concentración por otro lado me gustó mucho está merengada de fresa durante mi proceso creativo y tu qué has hecho esta semana para relajarte y lograr alejarte de todo un poco ? Esperando que si fin de semana sea expectacular me despido estimados amigos.
