This is very circulated.

WHERE DO YOU THINK THIS BILL HAS BEEN ?
BROWN SEAL - SILVER CERTIFICATE - ONE DOLLAR
This bill has collectible value with a value of Eight dollars, or up to Twenty dollars (for nicer conditions). This bill is worth only Eight dollars because this bill is very circulated, actually beaten pretty rough. Where do you think this bill has been?
It looks cool with its Brown Seal and Brown Serial Numbers and HAWAII written on front and back.
HAWAII
This bill was created and specific to the island of Hawaii. They were created after the attack on Pearl Harbor. It was created to be identifiable if it needed to devalued. There was concern during World War II that Japan may take over the islands.
This bill was probably circulated amongst service members. It likely returned from Hawaii in the wallet of a soldier.
Where do you think this bill could have been?
