As Filipinos when we think of traveling, most of us normally will have an automatic thought of any place outside the Philippines. It might sound a little absurd but that’s reality right? When we travel, we wanted somewhere far, somewhere worth sharing, new, of a different culture and environment, sometimes language. But have you ever wondered what Philippines has to offer before you step out of its border? Have you seen its beauty from all corners? There are indeed many places in our country where foreigners are more familiar than us. Why? ... Because we have the tendency to put places in our own land on least priority in our bucket lists, thinking that we can always plan a visit on those places than of those in foreign lands.
One realization I had during the peak of my travels in the Philippines was, WE ARE ONE OF THOSE COUNTRIES WITH AMAZING NATURAL BEAUTY and even incomparable when it comes to our white sand beaches with pristine waters! Now that I am getting opportunities to see other countries, I am carrying with me the pride and honor about the beauty that lies within my homeland as I have seen and experienced most of its top tourist destinations!
Given that I have stayed in the Philippines and didn’t decide to be an OFW back in 2013, I could have travelled 80% of it by now, as I aimed to travel the whole country before traveling other countries. Trust me visit just one travel hot spot and you’ll keep on wanting for more!

Now let me share with you a video of one of our travels, which happened to be in an island that is celebrated not just by Filipinos but of foreign tourists. An island that is breathtakingly beautiful and enchanting with its rock formations, cliffs, mangrove forest, white sand beaches, caves and waterfalls. A top tourist destination and often referred as “The Philippines’ Last Frontier”.
