At an early age I liked to scribble either on the leaves or on the walls of my house, a matter that there, I gradually learned to draw geometric figures, trees, people, houses, animals, among other things. Every time I was older, my demands on myself increased, be it in the lines, in the proportions, in the coloring etc ... It was one of my most beautiful and relaxing hobbies and more listening to music.

A temprana edad me gustaba hacer garabatos ya sea en las hojas o en las paredes de mi casa, cuestión que allí, fui aprendiendo poco a poco a dibujar figuras geométricas, arboles, personas, casas, animales, entre otras cosas más. Cada vez que tenía más edad, mi exigencia conmigo misma aumentaba, ya sea en los trazos, en las proporciones, en el coloreado etc… era uno de mis pasatiempos más bonitos y relajantes y más escuchando música. _____

Every day my agility when drawing increased, they were more cumbersome every day, I learned more thoroughly how to draw a human face and its features, especially in the part of the nose, it was very difficult for me. It is not for this reason, that I alone was looking for videos on YouTube, guides on the Internet and learn on my own; I never really went to a drawing course or workshop, everything I have done and achieved has been by myself and performance by practicing. Likewise, for me, drawing a drawing is a means through which we express our own feelings, an instrument that we use in several cases unconsciously to bring out our more personal, emotional and affective world. It is without a doubt, the most immediate and simple.

Cada día mi agilidad al dibujar aumentaba, eran cada día más engorrosos, fui aprendiendo más a fondo en como dibujar un rostro humano y sus facciones, más que todo en la parte de la nariz, se me dificultaba mucho. No es por ello, que yo sola buscaba videos por youtube, guías por internet y aprender por mi cuenta; realmente, nunca fui a un curso o taller de dibujo, todo lo que he hecho y logrado ha sido por mí misma y desempeño al practicar. Así mismo, para mí el hacer un dibujo es un medio a través del que expresamos nuestros propios sentimientos, un instrumento que usamos en varios casos de forma inconsciente para que aflore nuestro mundo más personal, emocional y afectivo. Es sin lugar a dudas, el más inmediato y sencillo. ____

About the benefits that I see, is that they are one of the practices to achieve a safety of the mind and distraction once we are going through moments of stress. In addition, it helps to keep the mind awake but focused on more creative points and not on the inconveniences that do not let us be well, helping us to open our vision and learn, and it will be quite good for your self-esteem. However, you will learn to communicate in a different way and to teach your feelings, tastes and emotions through painting. Also, you will see the fun and learning when it comes to discovering various techniques and materials. It is interesting to see how this art is achieved according to different intentions, developing interactions between different disciplines and demonstrating all its creative potential.

Acerca de los beneficios que veo, es que, son unas de las prácticas para lograr una seguridad de la mente y distracción una vez que estamos pasando por instantes de estrés. Además, ayuda a conservar la mente despierta pero enfocada en puntos más creativos y no en los inconvenientes que no nos dejan estar bien, ayudándonos a abrir nuestra visión y aprender, y va a ser bastante bueno para tu autoestima. No obstante, vas a aprender a comunicarte de manera distinto y a enseñar tus sentimientos, gustos y emociones por medio de la pintura. También, verás la diversión y aprendizaje a la hora de descubrir diversas técnicas y materiales. Es interesante mirar como este arte se logre plasmar según diferentes intenciones, elaborando interacciones entre disciplinas distintas y demostrando todo su potencial creativo. ____
