Once 4th graders know about angles, next step is to measure angles. How to measure a given angle. We made a right angle template but that is only enough to measure right angles or tell use if an angle is acute, right or obtuse. Therefore we need another tool to measure angles.
Well, today we will explore measuring angles and introduce a Protractor to 4th graders. Below are the activity sheets I prepared explaining how mathematicians invented a protractor. How much is 1 degree angle?
