First of all i would hire some good devs from this community to help me create some bots with the following purpose because i have no ideea about programming or other IT languages, i barely start learning to use html code to create this content.
(The devs will be paid with upvotes before launching the bots with a power of 10 to 15 usd per upvote in case they dont want to do for good karma)
Here you can help me you also if you have time or friends of yours. Also you can delegate someone you trust to track all the activity to be sure all terms are like in this project and are no hidden things.
-free upvotes for everybody who wants to use them ( i will create some rules with the community because i want to be used by countries with some economic difficulties mostly and for good content, not for scandal, airdrops, porn pictures, clickbaits, racist or other illegal or imoral purpose than GOOD CONTENT)
-the vote power will be minimum 0.05cents per post and the maximum number of steemit users who can use the bot in one upvote will be 50 users because each both will have at start 25000 steem power. This was calculated by the following program from www.steemnow.com done by @penguinpablo and have a 2.54usd value per vote.
-each bot will have the minimum payment price of 0.001 steem to be used and instant after the bot recieve 0.001 steem and the memo link to the post, he will give back the amount of 0.001 steem (this way its totaly free and everybody will have the oportunity to keep their minimum price and what its extra they can power up their accounts)
-the bot will have the free option to give one time 0.001 steem per account to everybody who doesnt have 0.001 steem in his account with the following command #request or simple "request" in memo (this option can help people who just started and they didnt earn nothing from curation)
-each bot will win from curation and what they make will be invested in other bots brothers or for payback, i will detail below more about it.
-each both can recieve donations from community for free service if they were pleased for the help when they start about this service ( this its not a must, everybody does what they want)
-every bot will have close registration 10 minutes before next upvote, everybody have the time to register between upvotes, 2 hours, 2 and a half, not sure how long
-each bot will have the command for not upvoting a post if one of the other bot already did
-each bot will have different time of upvoting (minimum 20 minutes between them) just to be sure nobody will abuse them and 2 or more bots will upvote same content
-all bots will be listed for start @ https://steembottracker.com/ to be easily track by anyone (if are other options im glad to hear because i know little)
-3 bots with 25.000 steem power each with the above settings =75.000 steem power
- 35000 i would delegate to a specific bot voted by the community to sustain this project on long term
- the rest 40.000 steem power will be for staff payments, i will keep it or if its possible, i want to design a bot who will pay the team who will help me with this project and i will say below why i need this amount and about the team.
I want to "hire" members of this community from any parts of the globe to help me tracking all upvotes of the bots. For example if someone will break the rules of the bots, abusing, upvoting illegal content, bad content, no content or few words of content will be introduce in a black list.
Everybody will have the chance to wash their sins and be removed for this list, people from steemit community will help them to understand better what they did wrong. We are not here to punish people, only help them to create good content for us and for rewards, for them.
Members from this community will help me doing and administrate discord channel, maybe telegram channel and other social media accounts.
Also members will be part from future projects, contests and how to grow organic in this community, i have 2 projects where we can compete with big websites.
In this project will be no "boss of bosses", the community will have the entire power of decision on profit/income, what we do with money, where to invest or what projects to create, even power to decide how much i will be payed or not.
If the community decide i will never use the bots in my own favor, for example to upvote some of my contents.
After each month a public post will be created to share all details with the community and to discuss about them and future plans like i said above.
I have no rights to withdraw, power down or use in any personal favor the initial amount of steem power recieved from you or donations.
At any given time, if you @ned decide to take back everything you gave at start will be instant accepted without arguing.
If you want we will give back a percent from incomes/profit per year until the end of steemit or you decide otherwise.
