Why steepshot and esteem app keep automatic stop?

I having so much problem to post here and in steepshot app..it keep stop me from uploading...if keep on failing to upload the ppst I wouldn't have able to have any posting on my account.This feel so terrible and really demotivated me in producing content.How to overcome this problems?this technical errors,anyone else having problem likw me?how you solved it?
