This dramatic movement is supposed to be the work of @freedom. He voted for @ocd-witness, except for @aggroed, through his proxy account @pumpkin. Because @freedom has about 9M SPs, his witness voting influence is the same as Tanos.
He had already significantly lowered the witness rankings of @gtg and @jesta in January.
@aggroed runs @steemmonsters and recently led the formation of @steemalliance. He also participated in @steem-engine development with features similar to SMT.
I do not know exactly how @ ggroed's recent behavior has affected @freedom. Of course, I have personal estimates of this.
Thanks to that, @jesta, ranked 21st, came back up to 20th place. We need to watch the trend.
