THANK YOU tibra.. I really appreciate your comment and delegation! I have learned the pitfalls of most communities, and feel that I can address most if not all of the main obstacles.. Low budget building is SO possible when its done in the way I will do it, that is to say.. using the Earthship approach and building with Volunteers.. Ive done it 4 times, the cheapest tiny house was just 4,000 dollars and we built that in two weeks with NO skilled labour at all! It was a joy to do it, and it looked beautiful!
