Hello steemains
I joined steemit last year ( i.e on the 30th of december 2017) after being told by a friend @tudor
AT first i never took interest in asking him what this steemit of a thing is all about,but after a week i saw an advert on facebook about an on going mentorship class on whatsapp about steemit so i joined the class, which really helped, and made me know more about steemit.
The main aim of this post is to highlight the challenges i faced after join steemit
firstly as a newbie i came across word like ''sbd'' and i was like what is the meaning of ''that"???
secondly when i see people advice others use tags like ''stach'', ''nigeria'',project20millionnaija'' etc i was totally lost
and i will be like '' please where do u guys get this tags from?
when i was being told that u post on steemit and you will be rewarded ,,when people read vote and comment on your post ,i was indeed happy since i was thinking i was going to copy and paste. but to my greatest suprise i learnt copy and paste dont work here on this platform.
About mitup5
The mitup5 project is a project set up by @vheobong, it is meant to help the newbie know more about steemit. the project is meant to last for 5weeks..it comprises of 5newbies which i am lucky to be one of them .at the end of 5weeks the 5newbie should and will know more about steemit and will start up their own mitup5 project.
Our first meeting holds on the 6th of december 2018
