This Week Theme : GLORIDAX SOLDIER
BARKING SPIDER is a good card with Ranged Attack.
Here is the stats of the card.
Its a medium mana card. At low level it have one melee attack and at higher level it can have 3 ranged attack.
At level 1 it has the flying and shield ability, from level 5 on wards its got oppress ability.
Oppress means - "Does double damage when attacking an enemy that has no attacks."

Total mana cap for the monster selection was 34 mana.
Because of high mana game the card cost mana more then 4 can also be used.
As the rule allows to use the melee monster attack from any position I used GLORIDAX SOLDIER on first position (shield ability perform better against the melee attack) and to surprise the opponent I used the magic (but opponent also surprised me by using two magic attack monsters). EXPLODING DWARF is very useful cards in Melee Mayhem rule.
Opponents Sea Monster taken down in 1st round only.
By the end of 2nd round opponent lost his second monster and I lost my first monster. Battle finished in 5 rounds.
