Javier Mascherano has been coaching the Argentine U20 team for several months. Some time ago, he released a list of some of the rules they have imposed on their young players:
They have to study every day and do their homework at school or university, learn English and read books during camps.
They have to clean their shoes after each workout and take care of the order in the dressing room and rooms.
They have to serve themselves in the restaurant of the training center, as well as to serve their plates as soon as they finish eating.
They need to participate in seminars on communication to learn how to behave in front of the media and how to properly use social networks.
