Weights - 12th March 2020

Today was a day of planks and cross-fit. I peppered in some weights too. Overall was a satisfying experience.

Since the planks does not involve too much of movement, I added cross-fit regime to bring in some intensity. It did work. I like the mix and match I am doing these days and I am sure I will end up coming with my own style.

The total time spent was about 45 minutes but it was really testing my resolve against giving up. Just when everything seemed fine, I threw in some weights too but limited only to biceps and triceps.

So, great overall experience. And the day is yet to begin. 😊 😊
