Morning Jog - 14th Feb, 2020

First of all, Happy Valentines Day!

Now to my schedule. Today ran about 6.5 km and walked for a kilometer. Was a good run early in the day.

Have to admit that the weather was a bit warm, though, I do hope we can have the cooler weather for some more time. ๐Ÿ˜Š

What next? Biceps and Planks for half an hour and that should kickstart my day. Of course, I usually don't measure the calories burnt during planks and weight exercises. Don't enjoy wearing fitbit while doing weights.
