The walk and weights are doing good over the last few days. The key is consistency for me. There are days when it feels like I should give up and do something else, but then sanity prevails. What could be more important than health? If we reason out that way, then the answer is pretty obvious.
So, right now, I am trying to be more consistent with my health. Not only my health but also my father’s. We do take a walk outside early in the morning. That way, we can avoid the crowd. The COVID protocols still apply, so we have to be mindful of them.
So, what did I do today? Well, I went for a run that was about three kilometers and had to face puddles at places. But that was still okay because most places were dry. Once I was back, I went for a walk with dad. That’s like twice the benefit. 😊. With some more time available at my disposal, I went for few ho’oponopono sessions. Those sessions are useful as always, and I am to the brim with energy. Let’s see how well I can use the energy over the day. A good day for being productive! 😊
Anyway, that’s it from me for now. I will see you all tomorrow.
Did You Know?
Let’s talk about abdominal planks once again. We have seen the record for most time in the plank position (male and female), most time with 100 lb weight (female), most time with 40 lb weight (female), but did you know that another record exists?
Yes, there is a record for abdominal plank position held for the most time with 60 lb weight. The record belongs to Eva Bulzomi of the United States, who held the plank position with 60 lb weight for 17 minutes and 26 seconds. The record was made in 2013 and still stands.
That’s one strong lady!! 😊
