So, today was vaccination day as much as a lot of work day. 😊 As much as I wanted to postpone my work for tomorrow, I realized it would only pile up. So, I ensured that I got the work done. One of the works is also this article to be written.
We were lucky to get our slot in the morning as we could get the vaccination part out of the way. That was the second dose, and that means that we are in the safe band against COVID. The thing is, we can get COVID, but the outcome won’t be fatal. So, that’s good news. But I would continue to follow the safety protocol and ensure that mask and other necessary precautions continue.
So as the day was busy, I was tempted to let go of my fitness regime, but then I thought, what is the point in not doing the bare minimum and yet the most important thing in my life. And that’s how I got on with meditation. It was a good thing that I gave in to the right thing for the day. Super happy about it!! 😊
Today was plain and simple. I hope to do more tomorrow. Anyway, that’s it from me for now. I will see you all tomorrow.
Did You Know?
I had written about the fairer gender’s record for abdominal planks, abdominal planks with forty-pound weight, but did you know that there is a record for an abdominal plank with 100-pound weight as well?
The record for holding the abdominal plank position with a hundred-pound weight belongs to Eva Bulzomi. She held the plank position with the weight for eleven minutes and five seconds. The record was created on 23rd September 2016 and still stands. The total weight was 103.2 pounds.
Mann, staying in the plank position for 11-minutes without the weights itself is a lot of work. Imagine with 100-pound weight.
