Sundays are mostly catching a breath day more than working your a** off day. So was today, but I thought I will at least keep up with some aspect of my fitness goals. While physicals were out of question, I did focus on my mental and spiritual side.
Being a Sunday, I would expect not much of chores today, but boy was I surprised. I had a lot to do, mostly because of me not getting around in the week to do it. Anyway, glad I could see those chores through. Happy to finish a Sunday on a high so that Monday would look brighter. 😊
While I was on with my chores, I figured I could get going with my ho oponopono sessions too. I wouldn’t recommend that to others if you are already not conversant with ho oponopono. I mean, don’t do the sessions while working. It requires a clear mind to focus and deal with blocks. So, be at peace and free from work when you are on with the sessions.
I followed up the sessions with meditation. But I felt a bit rushed during the meditation. Now, if the mind is at peace, we won’t feel rushed. Since I did, I have to assume that I should do my meditation routine again in the evening. I will do that and update you all tomorrow.
Anyway, that’s it from me for now. I will see you all tomorrow.
Did You Know?
I had written about the fairer gender’s record for abdominal planks, abdominal planks with forty-pound weight, but did you know that there is a record for an abdominal plank with 100-pound weight as well?
The record for holding the abdominal plank position with a hundred-pound weight belongs to Eva Bulzomi. She held the plank position with the weight for eleven minutes and five seconds. The record was created on 23rd September 2016 and still stands. The total weight was 103.2 pounds.
Mann, staying in the plank position for 11-minutes without the weights itself is a lot of work. Imagine with 100-pound weight.
