Una de mis especialidades es la torta de pan o budín de pan, me gusta muchísimo ya que es una torta suave, cremosa y con una facilidad de elaboración muy grande. Pero en esta ocasión, decidí sacar una versión de chocolate para esta torta y aquí les muestro el paso a paso y el resultado final. **Ingredientes:** - 350 gr de pan - 1 cucharada de mantequilla - 1 taza de azúcar - 4 huevos - 1 taza de leche - 50 gr de cacao en polvo - 1 cucharada de vainilla - 2 cucharadas de canela - ½ taza de azúcar + 5 cucharadas de agua (Para el caramelo).

Como siempre empezamos picando en trozos nuestro pan para luego humedecerlo en leche, canela, vainilla y azúcar, hasta que el pan absorba todo el líquido. Este proceso dura al menos unas 4 horas, pero lo puedes hacer la noche anterior y así en la mañana siguiente será más rápida su preparación.

En mi caso, al día siguiente, le agregué los huevos y batí la mezcla. Y coloqué el azúcar junto con el agua para hacer el caramelo, este hay que dejarlo doradito.

Finalmente, agregué el cacao y con mi batidora de inmersión licué para que la mezcla quedara sin grumos y así obtener una torta suave y perfecta al primer corte. Vacíe la mezcla en el caramelo que hicimos anteriormente, y llevé a cocción en baño de María durante 1hr y 35min a 180° F. ***Esto puede variar depende del horno y su potencia, ya que hay cocinas que hornean más rápido que otras.***

Finally, I added the cocoa and with my immersion blender I blended the mixture without lumps to obtain a smooth and perfect cake at the first cut. Pour the mixture into the caramel we made earlier, and bake it in a bain-marie for 1hr and 35min at 180° F. ***This may vary depending on the oven and its power, since there are stoves that bake faster than others.***

Este fué el resultado final, se me pegó un poco del molde y no sé porque ocurrió esto. Sin embargo, quizás en segundo intento salga perfecto, porque de sabor quedó perfecto, me gustó mucho la combinación con el chocolate, ya que me quedó con un flan más consistente y con un sabor muy delicioso. A mí en lo personal me gusta mucho inventar y siento que esta idea surgió para brindarme un momento dulce que necesitaba, ya que me comí un trozo con café y entre repartir y repartir, la torta se acabó jeje. ***Espero les guste, pronto traeré más recetas a mi blog!✨***
