The operation of the Italian football leagues, including Serie A, is temporarily suspended.
In order to control the progressive spread of the coronavirus, Italy has extended the restriction measures to the whole country. This also affects all team sports competitions. These will be suspended until April 3, Italy's National Olympic Committee (CONI) announced on Monday evening.
It is still uncertain whether the Champions League and Europa League matches will also be affected.
