The reality is not as easy as thought.
Like sports. It feels very heavy, but it must be forced.
If it's not forced, it doesn't end up being a sport because there's always a reason to be busy.
Always try not to find a busy excuse when you have five minutes to move, that would be good.
I'm still trying to find a good reason to encourage me not to be lazy.
Any idea about this?
