Belgian coach Roberto Martinez said he was happy to win the Brazilian team 21 and qualify for the semi-finals of the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
Martinez said Brazil was strong but I did not think for a second that the players would give up.
"We have done a great performance today against Brazil and I hope that everyone in Belgium is proud of what we have achieved so far, but we still need more diligence and preparation ahead of our next game in the semi-finals," he added.
There is a barrier of fear facing any team when they play against Brazil. They have five international titles, so when you face them you need a tactical advantage, so we had to have courage during the match.
Making some changes in the baseline was a great adventure, but I trust the players very much," Martinez said. Hazard and Lukako were fantastic and I am proud of them. They got strict instructions in the game and stuck to it until the last second.
