I want to introduce my hobby – Mounted Games
Mounted Games is a very special kind of sport especially for animal lovers.
At first, some general information about Mounted Games:
Mounted games is a branch of equestrian sport (like a relay on horse) in which very fast games are played by people of all ages. They require a high degree of athletic ability, good riding skills, hand-to-eye coordination, determination, perseverance, and a competitive spirit. There are competitions with just one rider (individual games), two riders (pairs), or four to five riders (team). Generally Mounted Games is based on speed. Depend on the game every rider has to perform different tasks.
At the beginning I try to introduce the structure of the arena and the games.
The arena is fragmented in different lanes:
In every lane there is also placed different equipment (also depending on the game) like bars, barrels, bottles, socks, buckets and stuff like that.
With the help of those things the riders have to do the tasks as fast as possible. If the players finished the task, they have to ride back above the start line (in the best case before any other rider has finished the task).
Furthermore there are many different games like, “socks”, “Agility Ages” or “Bang a Ballon”, and for every game there are certain rules.
