In hive-engine SPT price is higher than Dec price but SPT will get only 25% of dec points. But anyway it is good to earn SPT by posting in [Splintertalk.io](Splintertalk.io). If you get SPT and then staked it and earn SPS. SPS price is 0.319 USD as shwon in above image.
