The Vampire is one of my favorite Death Splinter cards. Certainly it's my favorite Death Splinter monster of the Reward Edition cards. I'm always amazed when I see that it is one of the most destroyed cards in the Splinterlands deck. How can such a powerful and versitile card be overlooked by so many? Even as a Level 1 card, it's two point ranged damage makes it one of the most deadly Death Splinter cards available to Bronze League players. And it just keeps getting more dangerous as it increases in level.

To help get new users acquainted with the Vampire, I'm giving away this card to one lucky winner when this contest closes at post payout time.

If you're just starting out and trying to build a strong Death Splinter deck, you need a powerful Vampire to drain the life from your opponent's monsters. But, if the Vampire doesn't fit into your master plan for Splinterlands domination, you can always send him to the melting tank and extract the 15 Dark Energy Crystals locked within the card.
