Should Splinterlands Have Gradual Release Of Their New Card Editions?

They have mentioned they want the edition to last around a year.
Maybe put on a sale 1/12 of the total packs each month, or something like that eg. 1/10, 1/6... etc.
Releasing all of the new quantity can be risky in this market conditions.
