Splinterlands - Beating Mylor Crowling With Dragons - Inspire vs Thorn

Hello Friends,

How funny it is to compare a monster with Yodin Zaku isn't it? Yodin Zaku is Yodin Zaku only, but, if at all a Dice summoner can be compared with Yodin Zaku or any other legendary summoners, then I think Mylor Crowling will be First among those Dice version summoners because of the thorn ability it induces to all the monsters it summons.
While it's not always that, all the monsters will be melee attack ones, but, someone like me who loves more melee attack monsters, Mylor Crowling will be a thorn in flesh I mean thorning every time my monsters attacks.
Considering that, I feel honored whenever I was able to beat a Mylor Crowling and here is another such (rare) opportunity with a Dragon summoner beating Mylor Crowling.

Battle and Lineup:

Well, the battle had good enough MANA cap of 32, but Legendary monsters couldn't be used because of Lost Legendaries rule set and there was other rule set of Aim True enabling melee and ranged attack monsters to have assured hit at their target.
32 MANA cap made me go ahead with Daria Dragonscale summoner with monsters as mentioned below:

Lineup:

1. Flesh Golem:

Whenever I go ahead with Daria Dragonscale, I end up using this healing tank as it can heal itself and has good enough health with nice melee attack too and most of the times, I use 2 inspire ability monsters to give more attack to monsters like this one.

2. Orc Sergeant:

Another regular monster with Dragon summoner as this can inspire all friendly monsters, can attack from Second position and even has good attack.

3. Sand Worm:

The limitation of lost legendaries means, I couldn't use Javelin Thrower and hence, I went ahead with this sneak attack monster and this was able to get rid of couple of back end monsters to make to this win even more easier.

4. Screeching Vulture:

I use this in combination with above mentioned monsters to get rid of those low health monsters such as Creeping Ooze, Brownie etc. and this can gain a health with each monster getting removed since this has scavenger ability.

5. Brownie:

Another confirmed starter in Earth splinter lineups is this tiny skinny monster of Brownie since this inspires and increases the speed of all friendly monsters to enable them attack earlier than opponent's monsters.

6. Fire Spitter:

Lastly, I used this ranged attack monster which is with good speed, ranged attack and can even evade few attacks from ranged and melee attack monsters since it is a flying monster.

Opponent used the amazing Earth splinter summoner of Mylor Crowling and his monsters were Failed Summoner, Mushroom Seer, Wood Nymph, Sporcerer, Mitica Headhunter and Earth Elemental.

Battle:

Looking at the Mylor Crowling summoner, I thought, I may not have great chance of winning this battle, but as the battle went on, seeing Screeching Vulture and Sand Worm getting rid of those Second line monsters from opponent's lineup, I started gaining confidence of winning it.
Here I go with round by round details:

Round 1:

It was the destructive round in this battle as there were 4 monsters who got removed with opponent losing 3 in Wood Nymph, Earth Elemental and Failed Summoner while the front monster for me, Flesh Golem, got removed.
Screeching Culture was the First to attack and it removed the healer Wood Nymph from other side, while, Sand Worm accounted for the removal of Earth Elemental before it could attack.

Round 2:

Screeching Vulture once again removed another monster in the form of Mushroom Seer and that means, Sporcerer moved into front position and it also got removed before it could attack in this round as it was removed by Sand Worm. In between, the Mitica Headunter used by opponent, removed the Orc Sergeant bringing Sand Worm to attack from front.

Round 3:

With Mitica Headhunter moving to front, the win was just a couple of hits away since Mitica can't attack from front since it's a ranged attack monster.

Can we expect to win like this against Mylor Crowling, I say no most of the times since melee monsters will always be in danger because of thorns throwing ability by all monsters from other side.
It was a good battle and had I not used Sand Worm, I could have got into trouble since Earth Elemental and Mitica Headhunter if stayed for another round or 2, they could have helped other monsters to remove those melee attack monsters I had used.
Thanks as always for the support.

Thanks and Have a good day :)
