Time to review the season that just ended - what went well and what didn't. So, let's start with what didn't go too well. For starters, the DEC rewards have reduced drastically. This is sort of balanced by the new rewards cards which I guess evens things out.
The other thing that wasn't fantastic was the fact that there were no legendaries nor were there any gold cards. A bummer but I guess that will even itself out over time.
It was a pretty easy season and I was comfortably in Gold II with a couple of days to spare. Rewards were pretty meh and the best card I got was an Epic in the season ending rewards.

Let me break down the earnings by category:
- Ranked Season Rewards: 98 DEC
- Ranked Battle Rewards: 1,132 DEC
- Quest Rewards: 145 DEC
- Card Rentals (net): 5,145 DEC
Total DEC earned for the season was 6,520 DEC. At the current price of $0.00968 per DEC, that works out to around $63. Not bad. Can't retire on that but it's hard to find another game that pays as well for so little up front investment.
