Most may not be aware of this and will think this is crazy but buying credits is pretty hard for most people, the average player , if you don´t have a coinbase account there is very few options left for you, it is a lot easier to deposit on Hive-engine, sell that coin for SwapHive them buy DEC them Transfer in that DEC into Splinterlands, right now I can´t even think on an example of a hardest place to add money than splinterlands credits, mainly because of the need to verify your identity if you want to deposit with Paypal, the verification is pretty hard if the document used in your country is small it will always tell you, your document is blurry whenever you try to submit it, even if you use a program to improve the picture quality.
Solution: add more ways to deposit credits that don´t need verification, for example: Payeer, Airtm and/or make the verification easier, have more deposit in USD will make it easier for new people , everyone knows how to use USD, not everyone knows how to use crypto.
Problem: the main problem with this been unnecessarily difficult is that splinterlands is losing a lot of incoming money, lot of new players wanted to put some money into the game, a few has not problems, others find the way to do without credits but most just give up. We not only need new players into the game we need them to be able to buy things.
