I have been playing around and learning pixel art for the past few weeks and thought I'd try making one using Chaos Dragon as a reference.

I started by making a rough figure of the character's body.
Next, I started making the head so I can easily adjust the proportion of the body parts.
Then I made a rough sketch for the wings and legs. I made the parts in separate layers so I can easily animate when done.
Detailing
After detailing is done, added a background and a little animation to bring it to life!
Still a noob but I hope you like it! ✌️😁
