You don't just experience joy, you are Joy. You don't just experience love, you are Love. I AM.
The highest form of fulfilment comes when we stop looking outside ourselves to find things or find fulfilment and instead return inwards and discover what we are seeking is already who we are.
It's our substance. The conditioning we have gone through will tell us these things come from this and that place or from some activity and relationships and DOING but really it's already US.
We are what we seek. As we enter inwards again and return home to our true selves it is clear that the kingdom of God, The heaven we seek , has never been out there somewhere to be observed or looked for, but WITHIN our very being.
It's who we are and always have been beyond time. This peaceful place cannot be shaken by anything without us because nothing and no one gave it to us. It is timeless and ageless. What bliss to return home.
We continue to be cluttered and chaotic as long as we keep looking to others to satisfy us and get frustrated at them when they aren't what we wanted.
Our eyes have strayed away from our true source and thus turned others into enemies because of unmet expectations they couldn't meet anyway.
Once the eyes are turned away from people and situations we find a peace that isn't shaken. A constant. An anchor.
Be still and know. The voice of truth is never in the hurricane and thunder and noise and much doings and strivings, it's in the stillness of Being that we truly know what always has been.
