Ben Affleck regresaría como Batman próxima pelicula The Flash , protagonizada por Ezra Miller y dirigida por Andy Muschietti. Esta noticia la trajo la revista Vanity Fair el día 20 de Agosto. Y es que después de la filmación de "Batman V Superman" Ben habría caído en depresión lo que justificaría también el consumo de alcohol, trayendo como consecuencía que Ben dejará de dirigir su película de The Batman, por lo que tuvo que reingresar a rehabilitación acompañado de su ex esposa Jennifer Garner.

Es que ya este tipo de movimientos de parte de Warner lo pudimos observar cuando el Flash de Ezra Miller (película) se consiguió con el Flash de Grant Gustin (series), esto sirvió para confirmar que el universo de DC comics esta todo conectado, desde el universo de las películas (las Batman de Tim Burton , etc) hasta las series del arrowverso. Ahora que llega Ben Affleck de nuevo al DCEU , los fan están inquietos por hacer regresar a Christian Bale, actor que le dio vida a Batman en la saga de "The Dark Knight".
