¡Saludos queridos lectores! Me complace mucho el anunciarles la evolución del proyecto SWIM a lo largo de estos primeros meses de actividad. Todo ha salido excelentemente bien, hemos tenido una cantidad buena de personas que están recibiendo apoyo en cuanto a nuestros buenos consejos y gracias a eso han recibido apoyo muy bueno entre sus publicaciones dentro de la plataforma.
En estos momentos tienen buenos pagos constantes y son valorados de la manera más correcta y real posible.
Estamos en una época de cambios, el proyecto ha evolucionado hasta un punto que hemos decidido expandir nuestra funcionalidad, pero hablaremos con detalle más adelante sobre este hecho.
Segundo mes de mentoría
¡Hemos alcanzado casi el segundo mes de actividad en el proyecto y estamos felices de ello! Cada semana traemos las mejores mentorías para nuestros Swimmers de parte de grandes creadores de contenido que nos cuentan sus anécdotas y experiencias en las áreas en las que se desenvuelven, ya sea en el área artística (música, literatura, artes visuales, artes audiovisuales, etc) o en el área de blogging (videojuegos, trabajos de investigación, ciencia, etc), hay cabida para todo tipo de contenido en el proyecto.
Cada semana estamos dando los mejores consejos para la creación de contenido basado en los criterios de los mejores proyectos de curación. Hemos recibido un auge de apoyo para nuestros Swimmers increíbles, empezando por votos de @la-colmena hasta votos de @curie a nuestros estudiantes han dado mucho de qué hablar.
Como podemos ver, tenemos siempre screenshots que nos muestran la cantidad de participación que tenemos en nuestras mentorías, nuestros estudiantes siempre están comprometidos con el aprendizaje y evolución constante dentro del proyecto y eso no hace más que hacer que nos sintamos sumamente orgullosos por eso.
Las ganas de aprender y crear contenido de calidad es lo que caracteriza a nuestra población dentro del proyecto, actualmente vamos rumbo a los 200 miembros, pues tenemos en el servidor de Discord a 150 personas que se sienten identificados con el ideal que tenemos, algunos más activos que otros, algunos completamente inactivos pero entendemos que la situación actual de la plataforma puede asustar y/o desmotivar un poco, sin embargo siempre invitamos a las personas a mantener la calma y seguir haciendo el trabajo con la misma pasión y esfuerzo con el que crean contenido de calidad a diario.
Falta de presupuesto
En esta actualización queremos ser lo más responsables y transparentes posibles, por lo que debemos dar a ver que nos estamos quedando cada vez con menos presupuesto, actualmente contamos con 17 Steems que luego del pago de esta semana de los mentores y el pago de la actividad El Luau, posiblemente nos queden unos 9 u 8 Steems.
Quiero agradecer al apoyo de muchas personas que han estado aportando al proyecto últimamente como @steamdan y @melaniesaray para mantener en funcionamiento a nuestros mentores y poder otorgar las premiaciones de nuestras actividades, por supuesto, cualquier ayuda que podamos recibir de parte de cualquier Steemian, Proyecto, Iniciativa y demás será bienvenida.
Solución al punto anterior
Por supuesto, no queremos quedarnos de brazos cruzados, por lo que el equipo SWIM estará moviéndose para conseguir apoyo de cualquier proyecto, steemian, witness, etc, comenzaremos a tocar puertas para ver qué podemos conseguir para que nuestra misión no decaiga.
Nuevas actividades
Hemos creado una actividad nueva de entretenimiento titulada Noti-Geeks, de la mano de un steemian que es nuevo en la plataforma llamado @jp-epsilon pero no es nuevo en el mundo geek. Dentro de SWIM tenemos una población geek y gamer, por lo que decidimos crear un espacio dedicado a hablar sobre el mundo de los e-sports, teorías sobre películas, series, libros, etc, análisis de sucesos que sean de índole geek y demás.
Además de esto, creamos un canal especial dedicado a los gamers donde pueden jugar juegos en común, compartir ideas, disfrutar de intercambios virtuales y demás.
¡Seguimos comprometidos con la misión de apoyar a todos nuestros grandes creadores y por supuesto a todo el que quiera hacer vida en Steemit, tenga o no tenga cuenta, ahí estaremos para apoyar a todo el que lo necesite mientras conocen un poco sobre la plataforma!

Second mentoring month
We have almost reached the second month of activity in the project and we are happy about it! Each week we bring the best mentorships for our Swimmers from large content creators who tell us their anecdotes and experiences in the areas in which they operate, whether in the artistic area (music, literature, visual arts, audiovisual arts, etc.). ) or in the area of blogging (videogames, research, science, etc.), there is room for all types of content in the project.
Each week we are giving the best advice for the creation of content based on the criteria of the best curation projects. We have received a boom of support for our amazing Swimmers, starting with @la-colmena votes to @curie votes to our students have given much to talk about.
As we can see, we always have screenshots that show us the amount of participation we have in our mentoring, our students are always committed to learning and constant evolution within the project and that does nothing but make us We feel extremely proud of that.

Lack of budget

New activities
We have created a new entertainment activity entitled Noti-Geeks, by the hand of a steemian who's new to the platform called @jp-epsilon but isn't new into the geek world. Within SWIM we have a geek and gamer population, so we decided to create a space dedicated to talking about the world of e-sports, theories about movies, series, books, etc., analysis of events that are of geek nature and others.
In addition to this, we created a special channel dedicated to gamers where they can play games in common, share ideas, enjoy virtual exchanges and so on.
