En un mundo cada vez más convulsionado e incierto, donde todo es cuestionado y puesto en tela de juicio, siendo "crisis" el término que impregna cada ambiente, la necesidad de un liderazgo fuerte y compasivo es más urgente que nunca.
Al no ser capaz de vivir coherente, inteligente y competentemente, menos aún dispuesto a tomar decisiones difíciles, se me hace más fácil y cómodo cuestionar a aquellos que no se han conformado con el status quo, que revelarme ante él.
Tenemos necesidad de un liderazgo capaz de defender lo que es correcto y tomar decisiones impopulares para el bien común. En un momento de la historia donde atacar desde la sombra de lo dígital es más fácil que liderar con valentía y compasión, necesitamos recuperar la fe en nosotros mismos, para confiar en aquellos que pesando distinto a mí, buscan el bien común, lo que nos exige escuchar con mente abierta y considerar diferentes perspectivas, incluso si estas desafían nuestras propias creencias, teniendo la humildad de reconocer que no siempre tenemos todas las respuestas y que podemos hacer las cosas mejor.
Tenemos necesidad de un liderazgo, que inicie en nosotros mismos para que pueda impregnar cada metro cuadrado en el cual interactuamos, transformando positivamente cada amanacer.

At a time in history where attacking from the shadow of the digital is easier than leading with courage and compassion, we need to regain faith in ourselves, to trust those who weigh differently from me, seek the common good, which requires us to listen with an open mind and consider different perspectives, even if they challenge our own beliefs, having the humility to recognize that we do not always have all the answers and that we can do better.
We need leadership, which begins in ourselves so that it can permeate every square meter in which we interact, positively transforming every dawn.
