Desperté con ganas de mimarme mucho en este día, puede esta relacionado a mi ciclo hormonal hoy recibí la visita de mi menstruación, por tanto la necesidad de autocuidado es mayor decidiendo darme dos dosis en este día. Empecé por darle amor a mi cabello, obviamente que de este modo estaría tocando y cuidando la piel de mi cuero cabelludo, y para eso es preciso tener un producto cónsono para tal fin. Entonces como no suelo comprar productos industrializados para el cuidado de mi piel busco siempre elementos naturales que tengo en casa o que pueda obtener de una forma más sencilla.

So as I don't usually buy industrialized products for my skin care I always look for natural elements that I have at home or that I can obtain in a simpler way.
Mi 1era fase de consentimiento.
En este caso recordé a una amiga que usa café después de haberlo procesado, para exfoliar la piel durante el baño, yo decidí mezclarlo con el cristal de la sábila que es mi champú ecológico, con esta planta me he librado de la caspa y caída del cabello. Vale destacar que soy de cabello crespo muy fino, y de poca abundancia, en los últimos tiempos cualquier champú industrializado me causaba alergias muy fuertes siendo la sábila mi gran salvación.

Con el cabello seco lo aplique dando masajes circulares impregnando toda mi cabeza, produciéndome una rica sensación tanto por el olor como por la relajación que sentí, tengo entendido que el café estimula el folículo piloso del cuero cabelludo para el crecimiento, y también ayuda a disminuir la aparición temprana de canas. Después de los masajes peine mi cabello y deje reposar al aire libre por 20min, luego retire la mezcla con agua fresca, y para evitar quedaran residuos utilice de nuevo el cristal de sábila que ya previamente tenia licuado y con esa espuma termine de limpiar mi cabello.

Para embellecerla decidí exfoliarlas suavemente con la misma mezcla que use para el cabello. Deje secar y luego retire con agua fresca.

Vale destacar que no acostumbro a embellecerlas porque trabajo mucho con materiales escolares y rudimentarios, ahora en casa con la pandemia la limpieza con todos sus avatares, esas cosas me quitan el ánimo para andar dándoles tantos toques, que solo lo hago para limpiarlas o cortar al igual que las uñas de los pies que generalmente les hago es quiropedia. Sin embargo en este momento me di el permiso rompiendo patrones y obtuve esta belleza con mi cabello y mis manitos, dándome dosis de amor que me permiten seguir integrada saludable y amorosamente con mi ser.
