Nueva experiencia: de conferencia (Esp-Eng)

Quiero compartir una experiencia que viví hace unos días, y es que nos invitaron a un ciclo de conferencias, era algo motivacional, que pudiera animar a los chicos de una academia de inglés.

Asistimos tres conferencistas, y cada uno con su enfoque, compartió elementos relacionados con el cambio, el gran reto era el público, chicos adolescentes que quizás no sabian a qué iban, pero como estudinates de la academia asistieron.

Nuestra primera sorpresa fue que el flyer elaborado para la publicidad fue llevado a mayor tamaño pero hecho a mano, de verdad que fue una hermosa sorpresa ver el talento que hay en la institución.

En medio de la espera, mientras llegaba la hora pautada, se fue la luz, sin embargo nada nos iba a detener, pues nuestro objetivo iba a cumplirse, aún sin luz. Gracias a Dios fue solo unos minutos.

Al ver que llegaban chicos y chicos y chicos, vimos que la sala se iba llenando, junto con los instructores que también acompañaron en la actividad, inició el director de la academia, dando la bienvenida y explicando cómo había surgido la idea.

El director de la academia, Hernán Sulbarán, fue el encargado de presentar todo el evento. Presentó a cada uno de los conferencistas y agradeció la asistencia de los chicos.

La primera intervención fue la mia, abordé el cambio desde una perspectiva de interacción con los chicos, llevando a cabo dos dinámicas para estimular la risa y el aprendizaje. La primera dinámica fue con unos globos, tenian que inflarlo sin sostenerlo, la idea fue hacer un paralelismo entre lo que queremos hacer y lo que podemos hacer lo que nos llevan a resistirnos al cambio. La segunda dinámica fue con una selfie, donde debian mostrar un gesto o mueca en su rostro tomarse la foto y subirla a sus redes, pero la pregunta clave acá fue ¿qué transmitimos con esa imagen? ¿Hay conformidad?, el objetivo en esta parte fue mostrar que los cambios ameritan acciones y ser como somos es fundamental para sentirnos cómodos, evitar los filtros y máscaras a los que nos han acostumbrado las redes.

Seguidamente la participación de nuestro amigo Heber Moreno fue con una rutina humorística, hablando de "cambiar las palabras" donde con humor nos mostró que los cambios los generamos con nuestras acciones, y nuestras acciones van acompañadas de neustros pensamientos. Entre risas aprendimos a tener mayor control de lo que sale de nuestra de boca.

Finalmente, fue el Turno de Arelis Briceño, quien compartió "Arreglando el desorden" y cuyo mensaje fue que no se trata de limpiar más sino de ensuciar menos, usando canciones, que los chicos escuhan, mostró la forma que con cosas sencillas podemos marcar la diferencia, pero sobre todo darle un sentido diferente a lo que nos toca vivir. Entre risas y caras sorependidas los chicos disfrutaron cada presentación.

Lo mejor de todo es que cada integrante de la academia pudo compartir y disfrutar una tarde diferente. Atendidos de una anera extraordinaria nos sentimos en casa.

Cada experiencia que vivo la disfruto al máximo, porque así comparto con otros mis alegrias.

I want to share an experience I lived a few days ago, and that is that we were invited to a series of conferences, it was something motivational, that could encourage the kids of an English academy.

We attended three speakers, and each one with their own approach, shared elements related to change, the big challenge was the audience, teenagers who may not know what they were going to, but as students of the academy attended.

Our first surprise was that the flyer made for the publicity was taken to a larger size but handmade, it was really a beautiful surprise to see the talent that exists in the institution.

In the middle of the wait, while the scheduled time was coming, the power went out, but nothing was going to stop us, because our goal was going to be achieved, even without light. Thank God it was only a few minutes.

As we saw that kids and kids and kids were arriving, we saw that the room was filling up, along with the instructors who also accompanied the activity, the director of the academy began, welcoming and explaining how the idea had come up.

The director of the academy, Hernán Sulbarán, was in charge of introducing the whole event. He introduced each of the speakers and thanked the kids for attending.

The first intervention was mine, I approached the change from a perspective of interaction with the kids, carrying out two dynamics to stimulate laughter and learning. The first dynamic was with balloons, they had to inflate them without holding them, the idea was to make a parallelism between what we want to do and what we can do, which lead us to resist change. The second dynamic was with a selfie, where they had to show a gesture or grimace on their face, take the picture and upload it to their networks, but the key question here was what do we transmit with that image, is there conformity, the objective in this part was to show that changes deserve actions and being as we are is essential to feel comfortable, avoid filters and masks to which we have become accustomed to the networks.

Then the participation of our friend Heber Moreno was with a humorous routine, talking about "changing words" where he humorously showed us that we generate changes with our actions, and our actions are accompanied by our thoughts. With laughter we learned to have more control of what comes out of our mouths.

Finally, it was the turn of Arelis Briceño, who shared "Arreglando el desorden" and whose message was that it is not about cleaning more but about dirtying less, using songs, which the kids listen to, showed how with simple things we can make a difference, but above all give a different meaning to what we have to live. With laughter and surprised faces the kids enjoyed each presentation.

The best of all is that each member of the academy was able to share and enjoy a different afternoon. We felt at home in an extraordinary way.

I enjoy every experience I live to the fullest, because this way I share my joys with others.
