Saludos cordiales para toda esta gran familia Have, les envío un gran abrazo fraterno cargado de muchas bendiciones, les comento sobre mis vivencias, luego de realizar unas visita a unas instituciones de mi pueblo acompañados por un gran equipo de trabajo en el cual se pudo observar ciertas debilidades con el tema de la inclusión.
Por tal motivo se busca enfrentar la exclusión y segmentación social y por tanto el desarrollo de escuelas que acojan a todos los niños y niñas de su comunidad y a sus actores sociales independientemente de su origen social, cultural, sus condiciones personales y el fortalecimiento de la escuela productiva, porque ésta tiene como función no sólo facilitar el acceso a la educación de los niños y niñas de ambientes más desfavorecidos sino también integrar la diversidad, los conocimientos y saberes empíricos.
La educación como derecho humano será relevante en la medida que promueva
aprendizajes significativos desde el punto de vista de las exigencias sociales y de desarrollo personal y ello no será viable, además es decir, si no considera las diferencias para aprender que son fruto de las características y necesidades de
cada persona.
Tomando en consideración el contexto social y cultural en que viven, más allá de las matizaciones y divergencias que pudieran encontrarse entre el enfoque de la calidad educativa y pertinencia social del subsistema de la educación básica, el mismo está fundamentando en los principios constitucionales de la democracia participativa y protagónica.
Cabe resaltar que durante esta vivencia tuvimos la oportunidad de interactuar más con algunas personas y la vez observar el comportamiento organizacional de varias comunidades, siendo una fortaleza la forma de conformarse para cumplir con todas las organizaciones sociales existentes en nuestro municipio siendo beneficioso a la población y para ello se propone planificarse y organizarse en crear mecanismos de producción.
Con este proyecto logramos apropiarnos de las instalaciones y estás permitirán a la institución permanecer bajo resguardo de sus cohabitantes unos de mis retos es que desde mi escuela se dirijan las grandes formaciones de producción colectiva a gran escala económica.
Con la participación ciudadana se sientan las bases para la refundación del estado
orientado hacia la transformación en los pequeños espacios donde se debe profundizar la integración popular en los diferentes escenarios como: la familia, la comunidad y el trabajo a partir de los valores democráticos y humanísticos, bajo un horizonte ético.
Debemos promover el respeto a la vida, la libertad, la igualdad, la solidaridad, la
responsabilidad social, los derechos humanos, el reconocimiento del otro
como ser humano donde los valores individuales son sustituidos conscientemente por los
valores del colectivo, ofreciendo condiciones para el desarrollo para transformar la individualidad en fuerzas colectivas y la corresponsabilidad solidaria en comunidad.
En la actualidad está determinado por un proceso de ataque directa a la población en el aspecto de la economía donde se hace necesario la sustentabilidad y autogestión productiva desde lo interno institucional , familiar hasta la comercialización colectiva para la transformación donde la comunidad libere su potencial creativo bajo espacios de intervención compartida y construyendo su propio destino que le permitan su desarrollo productivo.
Fomentar talleres y mesas de trabajos dirigido a los padres, representantes,
actores sociales y comunidad en general que contribuya en el proceso de integración y participación en las actividades que se desarrollan en la institución, organizar jornadas de
convivencia que consoliden los valores éticos y morales.
Integrar a toda la colectividad en general en las actividades de cierres de proyectos y ferias productivas trimestrales, organizar visitas a los hogares para fortalecer la integración de los niños y niñas de manera conjunta con sus padres y representantes para optimizar la acción participativa.
Charlas y conversatorios con la población estudiantil para programar actividades que consoliden la participación de los
padres y representantes, sociedad en general para un aprovechamiento productivo oportuno y necesario, a los padres y representantes recomiendo participar activamente en las reuniones, involucrarse de manera directa en las actividades escolares.
Y aprovechar al máximo los espacios educativos como parte del desarrollo social que demanda nuestro país y a nuestros actores sociales quienes son pieza clave, en la transformación educativa que nuestro sistema educativo requiere para lograr la calidad educativa y la plena integración socio-comunitaria.
