Hace tiempo que vengo diciendo que esta cervecera de San Sebastián estaba haciendo las cosas muy bien. Excelentes cervezas, un precio razonable y ahora encima se empieza a codear con las mejores cerveceras de Europa. Señal de que se hacen bien las cosas.
En esta ocasión se trata de la cervecera inglesa Beak, una de las más prestigiosas y reconocidas de toda Inglaterra, y eso es mucho decir.

IPA de corte moderno de manual, pero sin olvidar los orígenes. Es decir, sabor frutal, en especial cítricos y pomelo, pero con final amargo. Lo cual se agradece, siempre que las IPA modernas tengan algo de amargor, me gustan, los zumitos empiezan a ir por la fregadera.
Gran aroma y un precioso color naranja pálido muy turbio. Escasa espuma , pero no hay problema de carbonatación.
I have been saying for a long time that this San Sebastián brewery was doing things very well. Excellent beers, a reasonable price and now it is starting to rub shoulders with the best breweries in Europe. A sign that things are being done well.
This time it is the English brewery Beak, one of the most prestigious and recognized in all of England, and that is saying a lot.

Modern IPA from the manual, but without forgetting the origins. That is, fruity flavor, especially citrus and grapefruit, but with a bitter finish. Which is appreciated, as long as modern IPAs have some bitterness, I like them, the juices start to go down the sink.
Great aroma and a beautiful very cloudy pale orange color. Little foam, but no carbonation problem.
