Raspberry Banana Smoothie

  Who loves raspberries? They are so good and so good for you too. Raspberries are full of vitamin C that helps build up your immune system.  It’s antioxidants that help reduce free radicals and phytonutrients prevent inflammation. It has even been proven that raspberry ketons help burn fat cells in your stomach! Yay for a flatter tummy and a tasty drink.   

  • 1 cup unsweet almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries

Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.  Enjoy!
