Today is World Sleep Day [March 18, 2022]

Since 2007, World Sleep Day has been celebrated every Friday before the vernal equinox. This year with the theme Quality Sleep, Sound Mind, Happy World the World Sleep Society helps us to remember the importance of sleeping well for our physical and mental well-being.

Unfortunately, perhaps due to the hectic life of our days or the bad habits taken during the lockdown we have developed side effects such as anxiety and stress that cause nocturnal awakenings and nightmares, moreover many of us have worsened sleep in the last two years of covid and have found it difficult to fall asleep.
