Good lord it seems like a long time since I was able to purloin a 5 bar, and yesterday I gots me two! Avast! For sake of having a subject tomorrow, I’ll just be proffering one of them here. Feast yer salty barnacles on this!
I was able to whip the above — and the one that’s still still in me vest — out of circulation for the regular generic price of silver. Y’Arrrr! I find the 5oz format to be my fave for extruded silver ingots: they just feel right! And if/when silver is priced more closely to its value, then a 5 banger will be quite a concentrated bit of wealth.
It’s enough to make ol’ Precious do a turn or two!
