In addition to hiking in Zion and Bryce Canyon we also did a couple of hikes outside the national parks.
We went to a really narrow slot canyon called Spooky. It was spooky for me... being a bit claustrophobic. I was also very tired, so I let @jarvie do peek a boo slot on his own.
We started at 5:00 pm and I am glad we did. It was a hot day and it was nice to have the sun setting instead of beating on us. We also enjoyed hiking out with the last of the light.
This hike gets a 5/10

---|---|---|
1 | Access to trail | There was a good amount of parking, it was pretty difficult to get to the parking on a long dirt road |
1 | Difficulty | It was hard! It was 6 miles and no real path, make sure to follow the cairns |
1 | Views | The desert has it's own beauty and there were wild flowers in May |
1 | Destination | The spooky slot canyon was cool |
1 | Time on trial | 3.5 hours+ |
As you can tell, not my favorite hike on the trip. There are many other hikes I would do again before this one, in Southern Utah.
There were many reviews online of people that loved it. I think that if you don't mind how narrow they are and do the Peek a Boo and Spooky loop together, it could be really cool.

Great flowers and plants
You know me and how I love taking pictures of the plants on my hikes
