Conscious Music you have probably never heard of | #30 | Merkaba - As Earth to Sky

It's almost a shame to put words to this music as it is not meant to be described but to be experienced. However, I guess we gotta start somewhere don't we?

Merkaba's sound could be described as organic more than anything. It's a unique blend of natural sounds, ancient human instruments and noises our ancestors grew up with, fused with cutting-edge sound design, musical phrases and sounds that speak as loud as if they were living beings themselves.

It's definitely not music for most people out there, but for some it may be exactly what they have always been looking for without quite knowing it.

Merkaba's music is the most organic and deep-reaching music I have ever heard in my life, something I did not always see that way, quite the contrary actually. The first time I heard Merkaba's music I literally had no use for it at all. I somehow knew there was something there that was hidden but I simply didn't get it.

And then one day, on a mushroom day with a few good friends, everything just clicked when he played the mainfloor. The cosmos aligned itself to a point where I could glimpse the magic the man is seeding with his music. It's always a challenge yet always worth going.

This music was not only made for conscious psychedelic use but shines in marvellous ways on altered states of the mind, especially with a loving group of people on the dancefloor. You could take this soundtrack with you on your next trip or use it for all sorts of transcendent experiences, such as meditation, workouts, floating tanks, breathing exercises, etc.

You are of course invited to listen in a sober state of mind as well, maybe the music's resonance can reach you just the same. closing your eyes will catapult you into a different realm. I have found that with the usual conditioned filters in our mind is is somewhat difficult to understand the... potentialities coded in this music. Something which utterly falls away on more inclusive states of mind where the language of this album couldn't be any clearer at all.

So before I talk any further, here is the journey for you. If you dig original psychedelic music with a firm groove and a feel of shamanic exploration into your inner depths - look no further.
