Finding morels, walks to the river, chips and dip.

Hey look, I get it. There's 10,197.83 things on your to-do list, and it's tempting to put every spare second into getting those things done.

I know I try to at times.

But there's also the fact that if you don't take care of yourself (mind, body, spirit) then you won't be able to take proper care of the people who are counting on you.

You can only prop yourself up for so long.

If you don't take a break to care for yourself voluntarily you're mind/body/spirit will eventually force you to take an involuntary break.
