Veni Creator by Nicolas de Grigny is one of my favourite pieces from the French Classical organ school and is especially suited for Pentecost. Also I have played it many times as a wedding prelude. The registration for en taille a 5 is Plein Jeux in the manual part and Trompette and Clairon in the pedals.
