This is a piece I fell in love with recently--Paul Hindemith's Second movement from his Organ Sonata no. 2. Not quite as quirky as the first or last movements, this is really a touching piece with a little bit of that Hindemith humor thrown in. The work presents a beautiful melody alternating back and forth between the Swell manual and the Great with the pedals.
