The theme of this week’s competition is Sea and Seascapes. I made an effort to process one new photo. This is the first publication of a photograph taken on the shores of Iceland a few years ago and edited today. Yes I know, sometimes I need a lot of time to process some of my work 🙂 Feel free to point out the technical and visual flaws in this photo.

Island	Iceland
Island je jedna od geološki najsvežijih formacija na svetu. Ovde bukvalno možete da posmatrate rane geološke procese kako se odvijaju pred vašim očima. Island je mešavina nedirnute i smrtonosne lepote koja će vas ostaviti bez daha.	Iceland is one of the most geologically fresh formations in the world. Here you are literally watching the early geological processes unfold before your eyes. Iceland is a mixture of untouched and deadly beauty that will leave you breathless.
Bazaltne stene su još mlade. Na ovoj fotografiji se vide bazaltni stubovi koje more još uvek nije oborilo. Na samo par desetina metara desno je pećina koju su moćni talasi izdubili.	Basalt rocks are still young. This photo shows basalt pillars that have not yet been torn down by the sea. At only a few tens of meters to the right is a cave that was carved by powerful waves.
Tamo gde su stene popustile pod naletom vode i vetra, one su još uvek oštre. Erozija tek treba da ih zaobli i pretvori u kamen i pesak na koji smo navikli na starijim plažama planete. A severno more je čisto, azurno plavo i smrtonsono hladno.	Where the rocks have given way under the gusts of water and wind, they are still sharp. Erosion has yet to round them off and turn them into the rock and sand we are used to on the older beaches of the planet. And the North Sea is clear, azure blue and deadly cold.
