Useless information #68 – What color is the universe?

Probably pretty dark, right?

Not exactly.
For starters, there is more than one way to address this but ultimately researchers made an average of the colors emitted by 200 000 galaxies and the result was a kind of beige. This color has been called “Cosmic latte”.
