Who is @Noganoo? Well Mark has been a nuisance and scam artist on Steemit sinse early on. Recently he has asked others to Dox a user called @Pfunk because Mark has made hundreds of accounts that are one letter away from ligitiment steemit profiles. The worst example of this is the scam where he impersonates @Randowhale. This profile gives a large up vote to brand new users to the platform for a small fee. Mark has mad a scam account under the similar name of @Randomwhale. He does not offer any up vote for new users, instead he steals the money from brand new poor steamians and keeps the money for himself.
